During Rescue course you learn to become a better diver by practicing anticipating problem / solving skills . Plus, the course is full of funny scenarios’– it’s serious, but still allows for lots of laughter in scenario’s learning. The PADI/ SNSI Rescue Diver course prepares you to deal with dive emergencies solving situations, minor and major, using a variety of techniques to a safe diving.
Through gaining knowledge by rescue exercises, you will discover how to respond to diving situation. During rescue scenarios, you put into practice your knowledge and skills.
The key elements to your Rescue course learning curve are self rescue, buddy rescue and detecting/ managing stress which arise with freshly graduated divers, emergency management plans, dealing with equipment problems, rescuing divers in panic and irresponsive divers.
During the Rescue course you will use regular scuba equipment. You will be equipped with a pocket mask to practice in-water resuscitation. During exercises, you’ll work with an oxygen unit, floats, marker buoys and perhaps CPR mannequins.
